FOOTBALL:  tailback in the single wing under Jim Conroy and Dan Rice 

Service:  as boxer, 52-0 record, service lightweight and welterweight champion 

Coaching Career:  Braddock assistant football coach under Chuck Klausing, four years; assistant to Bob Teitt, two years; Turtle Creek assistant football coach, Tri Boro Tigers semi-pro football head coach, General Braddock High assistant basketball coach 1956-68, Junior high head coach 1971-77, head coach 1977-78, retired after 34  years of teaching and coaching 

Joseph (Joey) Cimino 

Swissvale High School:

WRESTLING 

Boxer:  Over 160 fights, amateur and professional, proficiency award for boxing 1937 

Other Sports:  Pennsylvania State Athletic Commissioner seven years 

Awards:  Meritorious Service Award from AAU 1968, Meritorious Award from Jewish War Veterans 1972, Distinguished Service Award from the Disabled American War Veterans 1973, Dapper Dan Award in boxing 1975 

Inductions:  Western Pennsylvania Boxing Hall of Fame 1976 

Richard Collier 

Penn Hills High School:  1962 graduate 

Bowling:  bowled in WTAE Junior Bowling Tournament and Pennsylvania Junior Champions Bowling Tournament 1962,  Greater Pittsburgh Tenpin Bowling Association Champions- won four singles, one all events, and seven team titles; top ten placements in PBA Eastern Regional, ABC Classic Singles, ABH Masters and Peterson Classic; lifetime 200 average, more than 200+ series of 700 or more, five perfect 300 games, 1112 sanctioned four game series- world record at the time (1978),  Greater Pittsburgh All-Star Team 1970, Dapper Dan Club for bowling achievement 

Barry Driscoll

BASKETBALL:  lettered three years, All-Section and high scorer 1967, 1967 WPIAL Class B boys championship team, West Pen Roundball Classic 1067

Elroy Face 

Professional baseball:  22 seasons in professional baseball, 15 ½ in the major league, member of 1960 World Champion Pirates (defeated Yankees), “Mr. Fireman” won the Fireman Award in the National League in 1962, pitched 802 games with one team, record for highest won-loss percentage with 15 + victories with 18-1 record 1959, .947 percentage, most consecutive wins in relief (22), overall major league career record 104 (97 in relief)- 95 and 193 saves, pitched 1,375 innings, struck out 877 and, lifetime ERA 3.48 

Robert Garritano

FOOTBALL:  junior and senior years for Joe McCune, first Scott team to beat Braddock in 1950,

Nose guard/offensive tackle, Post-Gazette All-WPIAL team senior year 

Clarion College:  lettered four years 1962-65, offensive/defensive tackle, junior and senior years: first team PSCAC District 19 NAIA, all district defensive tackle, Honorable Mention NAIA Little All-American 

Professional football:  drafted by Philadelphia Bulldogs, signed with Atlantic City Senators 

Coaching Career:  Ford City, Bellevue and Marion High Schools assistant coach

William McMillan 

Turtle Creek High School:  1946 graduate 

Service:  Marine Corps, 27 years of service 

Marksmanship:  Won first gold medal with pistol 1949, 4th National Pistol Championship 1951, 7th at 1952 Olympics at Helsinki, Finland- age 22, 1st of six Olympics;   won World Rifle Championship in Caracas, Venezuela 1954, competed in six World Rifle Championships, winning two; gold medal at Pan Am games 1967, National Pistol Champion 1956 and 1957, won gold medal Rome Olympics in shoot-off among US, Finland and Russia 1960 

Honors:  Marine Corps National Pistol Shooting Trophy in his honor 1979, McMillan Trophy awarded to Marine regular or reserve who attains the highest aggregate score in the National Individual Pistol Matches
